incessant drumming

So how good was the latest episode of Dr Who. I enjoyed it, and I keep finding myself drumming. Just tapping away, in the style that John Simm did on the cabinet table.

In other news, I went to the Cricket today, Notts won by six wickets, which sounds like a lot, where as in reality we had three balls of our twenty overs left, and we got the single run needed to get us past Lancashire's total of 163. The match was entertaining, thought I must admit that I never quite under stood the fact, the security stewards removed some inflatable (not stuffed as I proclaimed) animals that were being thrown around to good effect. Why, is it PC gone mad. I don't know.

In good news, I am plotting out a seires of four books and six half parts of a tv show, I have been thinking about since watching Heroes. It's a nice, I just need that spark to make it go work. It will come. I hope.

READING: Just finished Casino Royale by Ian Fleming, though the book and the film share a similar plot and characters, their is a big difference. This is due to the time of the writing and fliming. When written in the early fifties Russia was the big enemy, with people waiting for the comunist empire to sweep all aside. While now adays we have no real enemies like that, just terrorist. Despite this I found it enjoyable though a little dull as the plot was convulted, however I did learn a new card game, Baccarart, which I am itching to try out.

WATCHING: The 4400 seaon 1. I picked this up ages ago from simths and I have finally gotten round to watching it. Billed as the new X Files, I am kind of dissapointed as it has a goof potential (IE 4400 people go missing all over the world (all of which are american) and then reappear, changed) but yet the first episode has a lot to work on. Other .han that, its Star Wars.

Now bed,
